I am sorry , however we do not rent to Prom Groups or singles under the age of 25 - This is a family area/street.


Located on the Northeast corner of 5th Street and the Blvd in Surf City - this 4 bedroom (sleeps 8) condo is on the second story of the building - and right next to it is a 3 bedroom (sleeps 7) vacation rental - also listed on Flip Key. You could rent both units and have 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms/dining areas, 7 bedrooms (to sleep 15) and 4 full bathrooms. Great for Family Reunions/Vacations.


Surf city beaches are beautiful, large and very clean.

You can walk to stores, restaurants, mini golf, beach, bay.

Fully equiped vacation rental - washer & dryer, dishwasher, flat screen tv with cable in the living room, 2nd flat screen TV in the 3rd bedroom

Your rental includes 8 beach badges, 8 beach towels, 4 beach chairs (telescope brand) and a large , canvas beach umbrella for your use.

All you need to supply are your sheets,, pillowcases and towels (However, if you prefer, we can supply your towels, sheets and pillowcases for a fee of $135.00).

The location and condition of this vacation rental is super.

2 off street parking spaces are provided - for extra cars, there is street parking available.

We have just added a second bathroom this year and completely have redone the 1st bathroom along with new ceilings and adding ceiling fans in every room.

This is a great family rental - and may be added to the condo next to it for an additional 3 bedrooms (sleeps 7) , living room, dining area and 2 full baths with an outdoor deck.

We do not permit graduation or prom groups - if single, you must be over the age of 30 to rent.
You are permitted to park two (2) cars in our off street parking area - if you have more than 2 cars, you may park them on 5th street (facing traffic and not blocking any driveway) or in the additional parking around the corner on the Blvd.
Check in time is anytime after 2pm
Check out time is anytime before 10am
The renter is expected to leave thier rental in the same condition that they found it in.
