Accessing Using The "Place A Listing" Link

If not already Signed In, click the "List A Property" link and sign in using your Username and Password.  Once Signed In you will be taken directly to the screen shown below.

Choosing A Category (State) For Your Listing

From the dropdown, please select a Category (state) for your listing.

Choosing A Category (Region) For Your Listing

Next, from the secondary dropdown, please select a Category (region) for your listing.  Once you select your Region, you will automatically be brought to the Subscription screen.  If you have an active NEREL subscription you will see the first screen below. Click the "Select Subscription" button allowing you to begin your listing.  If you do not have a current subscription, you must first select from a 90 day, 180 day or 365 day subscription and click the appropriate button as shown in the second screen down.

You will be prompted to complete payment details, via PayPal at the end of the listing process.  This will only occur with your FIRST LISTING.  Please note:  You DO NOT need to be a PayPal member to pay.

Confirm A New Subscription

Click the Select Subscriptions button to confirm your choice.

Please Note: If this is your FIRST LISTING, you will be prompted to complete payment details, via PayPal at the end of the listing process.
